"I looked at it twice in a time span of a month or so, and the words blue fruit, meaty and bloody came up twice. So it must be right. Besides the blueberry tart with salty crust theme, and that bloody, iron like mineral tension, it has gentle texture to tannins, blue plum, pink peppercorn lift, juniper berry and button mushroom rendering to flavour. It’s very fresh, very delicious, very Syrah-ah."
